Software Maintenance
We offer flexible, recurring maintenance agreements that give you reserved resources every month for your project. This ensures your software is always:
- Secure, with any new vulnerabilities addressed as top priority.
- More Resilient, with fixes to bugs and usability issues resolved in a timely manner.
- Always Improving, with requests for new functionality and features scoped and developed every month.
Monthly catch-ups with your team ensure we're always focussing on what you need, and if for any reason you don't want us to work on something one month, your reserved development days will roll over into the next month, for a maximum of three months (rolling period).
Maintenance Agreements start from only 5 days per month (one Development Cycle).
For Software We Have Developed
When one of our projects is complete, it will naturally progress into a maintenance phase, and the amount of resources needed to best support your project will be discussed with you.
We offer flexible terms, with substantial discounts for longer term agreements.
Your software will continue to be in safe hands.
For Software Developed Elsewhere
Inheriting a project from another developer is often time intensive and can be tricky, but we're not afraid of a challenge.
We can work with your existing supplier to facilitate a pain-free handover, or if you've been abandoned by the existing supplier for any reason, we will meticulously comb through every line of code and work everything out for ourselves.
There are at least two phases with any inherited project, but there may be multiple phases including:
- Code Inspection and Analysis
- Migration of Codebase, Issues, Logging etc.
- Live Server Migration
- Recurring Software Maintenance
