Who Can Receive This Service?
We only provide this service as an add-on where a business is already receiving one or more of our other core services. If you'd like to sign up for Microsoft 365 but don't want to work with us, you can do this on the Microsoft website.
Support Options
Choose from one of three Microsoft 365 support options to meet the needs of your business. Please note these support options only provide support for Office 365 and do not cover resolving issues relating to problems with Windows settings, internal business networks, router configuration etc.

We enable self-service password reset for all Office 365 users by default, and provide an admin login account that gives you full access to make changes to your settings. Guides for common issues and scenarios have been provided in our Help and Guides area.
