- Add any number of items to each PO and expected cost, VAT and delivery charges will be automatically calculated.
- When you’re ready to place the order, the PO can be emailed as a PDF direct to your supplier’s sales email address.
- Track the status of POs and set expected delivery dates.
- Handles partial deliveries – just enter the number of items received and only those will be added to stock; the PO will remain active.
- Handles under/over deliveries – you are in full control.
- The actual pricing can be added when items are delivered, and the difference between expected and actual cost highlighted to reduce margin for error.
